July and August Books 2016

Here's a look at what I read in July and August. I've put links to them below if you want to have a look. These are affiliate links to my Amazon account, just so you know!

Extra Virgin: Amongst the Olive Groves of Liguria
Murder in Mesopotamia (Poirot)
Love, Nina: Despatches from Family Life
Cards on the Table (Poirot)

  1. Totally agree with you on Love, Nina. Thoroughly enjoyed the book but found the TV adaption really disappointing.... Nina Stibbe's two novels (I think semi-autobiographical) are also really good. Easy, enjoyable reads (in my opinion!)

You've inspired me to try an Agatha Christie and London Review of books! Feel just like you - don't have anything to talk about other than trials of having small children and my stupid kitchen extension! Thanks! X
